Jim was excellent - we walked through the place together, we looked at all of the utilities and components of the home, and he explained how everything works, what to look out for, and how to operate and work with the things. Things like the gas fireplace, heater, the stove, the AC, how the heater is turned on or off for summer/winter, the status of the seals on the windows. A lot of it was stuff I wouldn't have known or understood without Jim.

Jim Sexton is an absolute expert home inspector and an amazing person! Jim did an absolute through inspection and went through each and every detail of the house with me. Jim explained me everything in detail on how things work, which was wonderful for me as a first-time home buyer. He pointed out things I should be aware of, provided guidance on how to take care of appliances. Thank you, Jim, for all the guidance. I learnt a lot from you, and I am sure all the knowledge I gathered will help me in the future.
